You can upload a source R package that has you listed as the maintainer. It must be prepared using R CMD build. By default the machine has the same setup and available packages as the CRAN M1 build machine. If you need custom dependent packages that are not on CRAN, you can add them to the upload under Custom dependencies, but they must not have cycles and must pass checks.

Note: if your package is new and you require additional libraries which are not on CRAN, please submit a PR or issue in the macOS recipes repository.
